NEW DELHI: Nasa has once again been named the best place to work in the federal government, marking the 12th consecutive year it has earned this distinction. The Partnership for Public Service announced the 2023 rankings on May 17, highlighting Nasa’s continued excellence in employee satisfaction and workplace environment.
Bill Nelson, Nasa Administrator, expressed his pride in the achievement, saying, “Nasa’s employees are our most important asset, and their dedication and passion make our missions possible.This recognition is a testament to the incredible workforce that pushes the boundaries of exploration and scientific discovery every day.”
The agency’s consistent top ranking is based on the Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey, which measures federal employees’ perspectives on their jobs and workplaces. Nasa scored an impressive 85 out of 100, significantly higher than the government-wide average of 63.
