Sabudana Kheer
This healthy version of Sabudana Kheer can be made at home in just a few minutes.To make this simple kheer, boil sabudana pearls in milk, add in jaggery syrup, nuts and dry fruits, simmer the kheer and enjoy.
Makhana Kheer
This simple kheer can be made by roasting makhana in ghee until crisp. Cook in milk until they soften. Sweeten with dates or jaggery, and add cardamom powder and saffron for flavor. Garnish with chopped almonds.
Barnyard Millet Kheer
Cook samak rice in milk until soft. Sweeten with dates or jaggery, and add cardamom powder. Garnish with grated coconut before serving.
Nuts Kheer
Cook mixed nuts in ghee and keep aside. Next, boil and simmer milk till it turns thick, sweeten with soaked dates syrup and add cinnamon powder along with nuts. Serve chilled.
Almond Milk Kheer
Mix almond milk with honey, and cinnamon. Let it sit for a few hours until thickened. Garnish with sliced dates, almonds before serving.
Coconut Milk Kheer
Cook sago pearls in coconut milk until they turn translucent. Sweeten with jaggery syrup, and add cardamom powder. Garnish with grated coconut.
Carrot Kheer
Cook grated carrots in milk until soft. Sweeten with dates or honey, and add cardamom powder. Garnish with chopped pistachios before serving.
