Three former dancers of Lizzo have filed a lawsuit in the US accusing the singer of sexual harassment and creating a hostile work environment. The dancers allege that Lizzo pressured one of them to touch a nude performer at an Amsterdam club and subjected the group to a difficult audition after making false accusations that they were drinking on the job. The lawsuit also claims that Lizzo called attention to one dancer’s weight gain and later berated and fired her after she recorded a meeting due to a health condition. The lawsuit names Lizzo, her production company, and the dance captain as defendants and brings claims for various allegations including religious and racial harassment and false imprisonment. The plaintiffs believe that Lizzo was aware of their complaints about her behavior. Lizzo’s representatives did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
