This has left customers struggling to obtain information regarding refunds and deliveries. Many customers have taken to social media to express their frustrations and the retailer’s Facebook page has been filled with similar complaints. Administrators from PricewaterhouseCoopers plan to restart the helpline and chat system as soon as possible. While the retailer continues to trade, industry insiders are doubtful about a rescue deal due to the high costs and risks involved. The administrators are currently trying to find a buyer for all or part of the business.
