Rapper Young Capone dead aged 35 after disappearance

Rapper Young Capone – also known to fans as Dopeboy Ra and RaRa – has died aged 35 after reportedly going missing.

The news was shared to Instagram by the star’s publicist Aleesha Carter.

“This is with a heavy, heavy heart that I’m even posting this,” Carter wrote.

“We made magic when we strategically put out projects, always.

“Young Capone aka Dopeboy Ra aka RaRa was one of my first Hip Hop/ Rap clients, and I can’t believe the news I just got of his unexpected passing!

“A friend…a client and just huge in East Atlanta.

“This is not the easiest post at all. Rest easy, RIP @dopeboyra #dopeboyra #youngcapone.”

A cause of death has not been given, but Capone reportedly went missing in Chicago some time in July.

Grammy-winning artist Tip – behind Grand Hustle Records – also shared his shock over the news to social media.

“The Grand Hustle family is deeply saddened by the tragic passing of RaRa (formally known as Young Capone).

“We are sending our sincere condolences to his family, children, friends and the Atlanta community.

“Our Grand Hustle brother will truly be missed for his remarklable presence and effortless talent.”
