Article content Last week, Boebert was booted from a Denver theatre after she and her man groped one another during the family-friendly musical. The 36-year-old firebrand was also caught on camera vaping and taking flash photos during the performance. Article content “Lauren Boebert is a disgrace to this country! Forget the politics. She’s in a t—- dress. She’s with some dude,” Stern said. “Looks like she’s obviously vaping, but also looks like she might be grabbing his penis during Beetlejuice.” Stern’s co-host Robin Quivers asked if the musical version of the 1988 film was “sexy.” “It’s a very erotic play, evidently. I remember the movie — there was nothing sexy about it,” Stern replied. “I don’t know what’s going on in Colorado,” he continued. “How do you elect someone like her? Isn’t she the one who’s screaming about drag queens all the time? … I mean, how did she win an election? How does a woman like that win an election? You know, there’s certain standards. Once you get caught lying like that, goodbye!” But in true Stern fashion, the shock jock did concede when he watched the surveillance tape of Boebert’s wild night out he was aroused. “I gotta admit, when I watch that tape, I go, ‘She must be so much fun to f—‘ … we need her in a strip club and we need her to give lap dances and play with guys’ d—- … she’s my kind of gal.” Stern’s four-minute rant was shared by former NBCUniversal exec Mike Sington on X, where it quickly went viral, racking up over 2.4 million plays. “Warning: Do not play in front of children,” Sington warned. Article content “Lauren Boebert is a disgrace to this country.” Howard Stern spends four minutes absolutely destroying Lauren Boebert. Warning: Do not play in front of children. Haven’t said that in years,” another added. During a night out last week, Boebert was caught on video at a Denver theatre vaping in her seat and fondling Quinn Gallagher, a Democrat who groped her in return. The fiery conservative was booted from the show after fellow audience members complained she was causing a disturbance with her singing and phone use. As they were being ousted, the two made comments along the lines of “do you know who I am” and “I will be contacting the mayor,” said theatre reps. According to The Denver Post, Boebert yelled, “Do you know who I am?” as staff tried to usher the couple out. Advertisement 4 This advertisement has not loaded yet, but your article continues below. Article content A pregnant patron told the outlet that Gallagher offered to buy her and her husband a cocktail to make amends after Boebert called her “a sad and miserable person.” Following the confrontation, the mother-of-four and grandmother-of-one tried to downplay the incident in a social media post: “It’s true, I did thoroughly enjoy the AMAZING Beetlejuice at the Buell Theatre and I plead guilty to laughing and singing too loud! Everyone should go see it if you get the chance this week and please let me know how it ends!” Boebert wrote. She also addressed her split from her husband, writing, “There’s no perfect blueprint for going through a public and difficult divorce, which over the past few months has made for a challenging personal time for me and my entire family.” Advertisement 5 This advertisement has not loaded yet, but your article continues below. Article content In the meantime, though, online sleuths at the Daily Mail discovered that the GOP lawmaker’s date was a Democratic co-owner of Hooch Craft Cocktail Bar, which has hosted drag shows in the past. Boebert has a record of anti-LGBTQ+ statements and has been a vocal critic of drag shows, citing her Christian beliefs. In a post to X, Boebert wrote in June 2022: “Take your children to Church, not drag bars.” Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-Colo.) Photo by Jabin Botsford /The Washington Post She also slammed the use of drag queens as recruitment tools for the U.S. military. “Do our military leaders understand that China and Russia see this stuff and prepare accordingly?” she said earlier this year. “We need a non-woke military. Better yet, an anti-woke military.” TMZ caught up with the Republican when she touched down in Washington, D.C. on Monday night to ask her if she’d be giving Gallagher a second chance. Honestly, he’s a private citizen and we peacefully parted. Great man, great friend and I wish him all the best … we have peacefully parted.” Adding that “ultimately all future date nights have been cancelled,” Boebert said she picked up an important tip from her night out with Gallagher. “I learned to check party affiliations moving forward before you go on a date,” she quipped. mdaniell@postmedia.com X: @markhdaniell Lauren Boebert sends Democratic ‘Beetlejuice’ date packing CAPITOL HILL CATFIGHT!
