Best buys for problem skin: Shopper shares photo after taking four products by Sally Obermeder for three months

A shopper has shared a before and after snap after using four products from Sally Obermeder’s best-selling superfood and supplement range, SWIISH.

The Australian woman, Ella, has been using SWIISH’s Gut Fibre Cleansing Powder ($39.95), Super Greens Superfood Powder ($59.95), Immunity Powder ($69.95) and the Glow Marine Collagen Powder ($79.95) for the past three months, and said the results of having them all were “undeniable”.

Ella’s mum, Rachael, told Best Picks that the products “have taken her from not wanting to look in the mirror to confidently smiling in photos and socialising”.

The various superfood powders sold in the SWIISH range aim to assist in a number of areas depending on the product, including aiding increased energy, better skin and improved digestion.

Many of the products include a blend of over 40 superfood ingredients, including probiotics, prebiotics, medicinal mushrooms, adaptogens, and plenty of fruits and green leafy vegetables.

You should do your own research before deciding what products may be right for you.

Customers should always read the label and follow the directions for use and consult their GP before changing their diet.

Supplements should not replace a balanced diet.

SWIISH was founded by Sally Obermeder and her sister Maha Corbett, after they turned their backs on lucrative careers in investment banking and TV to delve into the wellness world.

These days, SWIISH boasts thousands of dedicated fans, with hundreds of five-star reviews and products so popular that they regularly sell out.

When it comes to her own daily well-being regime, Sally previously told 7Life she starts with ingestible powders.

“First things first, I have SUPERGREENS and IMMUNITY powders by SWIISH mixed together,” she says.

“This activates my digestion, helps keep my system alkaline and my immune system supported.”

Sally also takes the SWIISH Hair + Metabolism supplement in the morning, and cleanses using the new Dissolve Away The Day Cleanser.

“This is a luxurious gel-to-foam formula that removes dirt, excess oil and impurities, using ingredients like caffeine, kakadu plum extract, sunflower seed oil and sweet orange peel,” she says.

Following a cleanse, Sally uses the Collagen Under-Eye Masks several times a week, and then she mixes a few drops of the Get Set Glow! Face Oil into her foundation for a “lit-from-within glow”.

She’ll have the GLOW Collagen Powder and Gut Cleansing Powder mixed in with her coffee at around 10am, to help with any fine lines or wrinkles.

In the afternoon, Sally enjoys a GLOW Collagen Hot Chocolate and her SWIISH SLEEP Powder with almond milk before bed.

“Between the day to day running of SWIISH, launching new products, liaising with our retail partners and staying connected with our community, my hands ae full.

“Add that to raising two daughters (Annabelle, 11, and Elyssa, six) and general adulting, I need to have a streamlined wellness and skincare routine that’s efficient and effective so I can get out the door quickly.”

“Have been using this product for over five years now.. Absolutely love the taste and the boost of energy I get from having it.. I like having it first thing in the morning… Will continue to buy and use,” one shopper said of Super Greens.

“The Super Greens is now part of my daily morning routine. I notice when I don’t have it. Then when mid-morning hits, I have a cuppa to keep me going! Love both of these products and will definitely continue to purchase!” another added.
