Under the MoU signed between the two, NPCL will help in identifying suitable locations for the installation of EV charging stations within its network. In the first phase of this partnership, Statiq plans to install over 300 EV charging stations in Greater Noida. Out of these, more than 250 will serve captive use at residential societies, while over 50 will be public charging stations strategically placed in locations such as tech parks, malls, and commercial markets.

So far, Statiq has already established a significant presence in the EV charging space, with a claim of having 7,000 charging stations deployed across India.
Statiq’s founder and CEO, Akshit Bansal said, “We’re not only constructing the largest EV charging network in India, but we’re also implementing advanced hardware and software solutions to ensure dependable EV charging stations in all our operational areas.”
