A two-bedroom home in the South Australian tourist town of Goolwa, near the lower Murray, is on the market for only $125,000.
The home is a 1980s caravan with a permanent annex attached, giving it additional living space, situated in the Goolwa Caravan and Holiday Park.
It includes two bedrooms, a lounge room, a bathroom, an open kitchen and dining area, a front deck, as well as two garden sheds.

Elders agent, Lucas Bradley, said the listing’s bathroom, paint and floors have recently been modernised to give the home a clean coastal look.
“I’ve had a huge amount of interest because it is cheap,” he said.
“It’s an affordable alternative for people to have something that’s their own without having to rent”
Goolwa is an hour and half drive from Adelaide, with a population of about 7600 people.
It’s a historic river port where the Murray mouth and Southern Ocean meet.
The caravan home is only a few minutes walk to the Goolwa Wharf.
The town is also about a 20-minute drive from Victor Harbour, a town known for its wildlife, horse-drawn trams and walking trails.
The home’s new owners will have to pay a site free of $178 a week, as of December 1, to the caravan park, as well as cover their power and water costs, Bradley said.
While the buyer will not own the land, Bradley said they will have an ongoing lease with the park.
“It’s a fabulous coastal retreat. It’s still got its country charm. You have the best of both words with river and ocean,” he said
