
In terms of design, the Mantis gets an angular design with a sculpted tank and twin projector headlight setup with a unique DRL design. The Mantis has a split seat setup and will be available in two colour options – Urban Black and Jungle Grey.

At the front, it gets 41 mm telescopic forks and an adjustable preload mono-shock at the rear. Braking duties are taken care of by disc brakes on both ends with single-channel ABS. The Mantis is based on an all-aluminium aerospace grade alloy frame and Orxa claims that the Mantis is the lightest in its segment with a kerb weight of 182kg. The bike comes with a 1.3 kW charger as standard there’s also a blitz 3.3 kW charger which can be purchased separately at an additional price.

The Orxa Mantis is powered by an 8.9kWh battery pack paired with a BLDC electric motor with a peak power of 27.5 hp and 93 Nm torque. The company claims the bike can sprint from 0-100 kph in 8.9 seconds and has a top speed of 135 kph. It has a claimed IDC range of 221 km and can be charged from 0-80% in 2.5 hours using a 3.3 kW charger.
In terms of features, the bike gets a 5.0-inch TFT instrument cluster with a Linux-based Orxa operating system, all LED lighting, Bluetooth connectivity, a Mantis app with navigation, phone notifications, ride analytics and much more. The company is offering 3-year or 30,000 kms warranty on the motor and battery pack.
