Kmart shoppers are going wild over a new $6 buy that means you never have to hold your phone – or Kindle – again.
Videos showing Kmart’s Smartphone Neck Mount in action are going viral on social media, with thousands hailing it as a “game changer”.

The bargain gadget works by holding your Kindle, phone or small tablet at the perfect height and about 20cm from your face, meaning you can read without having to use your hands.
It can hold devices that measure 20.2cm (H) x 13cm (W) x 7.2cm (D) or less.
“This smartphone neck mount holds your smartphone at an optimal viewing angle so that you can go hands-free anywhere, anytime,” Kmart says of the buy.
The gadget is proving particularly popular with Kindle users, who are rushing to Kmart to get their hands on one.
“Run don’t walk,” one Kmart shopper, who uses the handle @georgiareads, said in her video.
Another said: “Uuugh, it’s 6pm and it’s raining but why do I feel a Kmart run in needed.”
A third added: “I got it and I have no regrets! I have reached peak laziness.”
One more wrote: “Not going to lie, I just saw this and went got one online.”
Others thought it would be perfect for kids.
“Can i get this for my toddler? he might actually stay in his pram with this!” one wrote.
