Sunrisers Hyderabad brought Pat Cummins for whopping 20.05 Crore and he is the most expensive buy of the tournament.
New Delhi: Australia World Cup-winning captain Pat Cummins will lead IPL franchise Sunrisers Hyderabad in the 2024 season of Indian Premier League which is scheduled to start from March 22.
Cummins was the second most expensive buy of the IPL auction. SRH brought him for a whopping 20.5 crore.

Under Cummins captaincy Australia have won WTC Final against Indian and ODI World Cup where they faced India in the final at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on November 19.
Speaking ahead of his SRH debut, Cummins had said that India is like a second home for him.
“India is like a second home. We spend so much time here. IPL you’ve got your home teams. So you actually feel like you’ve got plenty of fans Or, you know, at least cricket fans that have, you know, supported you or, you know, lots of people come up to me and say, Oh, I’m from Kolkata or I go for KKR. So it’s nice feeling like not everyone’s against you,” Cummins said on Star Sports.
