Reportedly, Shahid and Mira acquired a lavish apartment in Mumbai at a substantial price, marking their second real estate investment.
IndexTap.com accessed registration documents revealing that Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput procured a luxurious apartment valued at approximately Rs 59 crores in the prestigious Oberoi 360 West project, situated in Mumbai’s Worli area.The documents additionally specify that the apartment spans 5,395 square feet, featuring RERA carpet area, and boasts three parking spaces. According to the records, the property transaction amounting to Rs 58.66 crore was officially registered on May 24, 2024.

Hindustan Times elaborated on the couple’s new apartment, highlighting its placement on a higher floor within the Oberoi Realty high-rise. Originally acquired by Chandak Realtors Pvt Ltd, the apartment was part of a bulk deal in February 2023. In this deal, D’Mart owner Radhakishan Damani‘s immediate family and close associates purchased 28 apartments for a total of Rs 1,238 crore.
According to brokers, Chandak Realtors initially acquired this apartment and subsequently sold it to the Kapoors for Rs 35.31 crore in February 2023.
