Chloë Sevigny, Lauren Santo Domingo, and Alia Raza Celebrated Régime des Fleurs Little Flower at Fouquet’s Le Vaux

Sometimes, celebrating something tried and true is even more special than ringing in the new. After years of sitting at the top of Moda Operandi’s bestseller list, Régime des Fleurs’ Little Flower still reigns supreme. A brainchild of Régime des Fleurs founder, Alia Raza, and fashion swan Chloë Sevigny, the floral fragrance has built a cult community of its own.

“I started Régime des Fleurs 10 years ago from my living room, where I was making perfume by hand,” Alia smiled. “It quickly turned into this beautiful company, and it’s been incredible working with friends and retailers like Moda Operandi. I’ve wanted to work with Chloë forever because she, like Régime des Fleurs’, is irreverent and an icon that appreciates beauty and art.”

On a gorgeous summery day in downtown Manhattan, Moda Operandi’s Lauren Santo Domingo gathered a group of friends and fashion folk for an intimate party at Fouquet’s Le Vaux Rooftop.

The rosé and lobster rolls were flowing atop the English garden-inspired balcony adorned with umbrellas and plush banquets. For one night only, specialty cocktails infused with hibiscus tea, rose water, and orange cinnamon agave were inspired by the scent of honor and served throughout the soirée.

The centerpiece of the alfresco celebration was a cake by Aimee France(the same baker behind Sevigny’s wedding cake!). Flavored with notes found in the fragrance–black tea, rose, bergamont, and carmelo–, this sweet treat was a perfect way to toast the special occasion.

“I’ve always gravitated towards a very fragrant, naive floral,” Santo Domingo explained. “So, this scent is very much indulging my fragrance whims. With Régime des Fleurs, you know you are going to get a high quality, impactful, and beautiful product, and everything Chloë touches is chic as hell.”

The breeze off the Hudson River carried the delectable scent across the cocktail party. And since everyone was gifted a covetable bottle of Little Flower, guests will undoubtedly be wearing this fragrance all summer long, Santo Domingo included. “I’m usually wearing very musky scents,” Santo Domingo confessed. “So, finally, Chloë is giving me permission to be girly and sweet and pretty with this scent.”
