However, witnessing his daughter’s strength through regular Taekwondo training inspired him to promise her a fitter and healthier version of himself.

Current routine: Dr. Bharat transitioned from strength training to focusing on running. Now, he can comfortably run 8-10 kilometers and has even covered more than 30 kilometers in a day through a combination of walking and running.
