In a topic spurred by an opinion piece I wrote last week, Chris Niccolls, Jordan Drake, and I discuss what we think the future of the Nikon Z7 III is — if it has one at all.

After reading the opinion I penned last week titled While the Z6 III Is Here, a Z7 III is Far Less of a Certainty, Podcast listeners and Jordan Drake reached out with thoughts — so we dedicated a whole section to discussing it! While I’m not the only one who thinks that Nikon’s camera line doesn’t need a Z7 III and very well might not have space for it, there are some ideas on how it could work. Beyond that, the team discusses what cameras they think are actually coming next from Nikon and those are likely to be just as exciting as a Z7 III — at least for some.
