But what caught the eye was the Sanskrit script weaved over the six-yards. Yes, you read that right! Nita Ambani had a custom saree with gayatri mantra embroidered.

Guttapusalu necklace is a traditional jewellery design from Andhra Pradesh. The etymology can be traced from the Telugu word ‘Gutta’ that means shoal of small fish and ‘Pusalu’ meaning beaded jewellery piece features strings of pearls strung together like a shoal of fish. This necklace design has been part of the culture since ages.
After the necklace, we cannot help but notice the little intricate details that Nita Ambani wore for the occasion. Exquisite saree? Check; exquisite necklace? Check; statement earrings ? check! A true believer of Lord Krishna, her jhumkas had a miniature image of Lord Shrinath- a form of Lord Krishna.
