Divya Dutta, who is busy promoting her recently-released film ‘Sharmajee Ki Beti’, recently talked about the idea of getting married and revealed she is open to companionship.
During a conversation with Filmygyan, when Divya was asked if she wants to get married. To which, Divya replied, “I don’t think I would want to get married but you should never say no.I don’t think I would want to get married but you should never say no. If you want God to laugh, tell him your plans. This is my plan, I don’t know. But of course I’m very open to love, I’m very open to companionship And that’s my frame of mind right now.”
In a 2019 interview with The Times Of India, when Divya Dutta was asked about her marriage plans, she shared that she was in no hurry. Divya revealed that she goes on dates and has men in her life, but she has no desire to get married. She said, “Honestly I don’t think about marriage but yes, I do think about having a companion. I do have men in my life, I go on dates and meet interesting men. But not anyone I want to marry right now.”
The actress further talked about her idea of a right kind of man and stated, “You know people ask me who’s your right kind of man and I was thinking that there’s no right or wrong guy. It just has to be somebody who makes you feel good about yourself that is the right guy for you. If you feel comfortable being with him, if he makes you feel happy, then he’s the one for you.”
On the work front, Divya Dutta’s film ‘Sharmajee Ki Beti’ released on an OTT platform on June 28, 2024. Helmed by Tahira Kashyap, the film also stars Sakshi Tanwar and Saiyami Kher.
