Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi was given a warm and vibrant welcome to Russia on Monday by a group of artists who put up a special dance performance for him.
In a meticulously choreographed performance, the group of female dancers put on colourful Lehenga Cholis as they performed to the iconic Bollywood song ‘Rangilo Maro Dholna‘. Originally featuring Bollywood stars Malaika Arora and Arbaaz Khan, the dancers captivated the audience with their energetic and precise dance moves, perfectly capturing the essence of the original choreography.
The video was shared online by ANI with the caption, “Russian artists in Moscow, Russia dance on Hindi songs to welcome PM Narendra Modi. PM Modi is on a two-day official visit to Russia. He will hold the 22nd India-Russia Annual Summit with President Putin.”

The clip of the performance soon went viral online with netizens commenting and lauding the performers for dancing better than even Indians. One said, “Good to see a beautiful cultural exchange between India & Russia.”
