Summer Arts Market

Arts Council of Park City and Summit County will present the 2024 Summer Arts Market from 11 a.m.-7 p.m. on Saturday, July 13, at the Red Barn, 4300 S.R. 32 in Oakley. Admission is free. The market will feature more than 35 local artists who were selected by jury to show and sell their works. Art ranges from paintings, ceramics, photography, fiber arts, jewelry and more. The event will also feature live music by West End Band, Honky Blue Tonky and Ghostowne, programmed by Mountain Town Music. Attendees will also be able to purchase food and beverages from Lush’s BBQ, Happy Tummie Asian Fusion, INTI Specialty Coffee and Free Pour. For information, visit pcscarts.org.

McPolin Barn and Farmhouse Tours



McPolin Barn and Farmhouse tours are held at 4 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. on Saturdays, July 13, Aug. 10 and Sept. 14. Tours, which run about an hour, are led by volunteer docents who take groups on journeys through the history of the farm from its homesteading and dairy farming to the open space it is today. Live music will be provided by Iron Canyon Echos. Tickets are $10 per person. Kids are welcome; however, tours are tailored toward an adult audience. Josh Ritter at the Egyptian Theatre



Singer-songwriter Josh Ritter will perform a four-night residency through July 14 at the Egyptian Theatre, 328 Main St. Ritter, who was named one of the “100 Greatest Living Songwriters” in 2006, is also a national best-selling author, having released two novels to date: 2021’s “The Great Glorious Goddamn of It All” and 2011’s “Bright’s Passage.” For information and tickets, call 855-745-SHOW or visit parkcityshows.com.

Park City Farmers Market

The Park City Farmers Market runs from 11 a.m.-5 p.m. every Wednesday throughout the summer at Park City Mountain‘s First Time chair lift parking lot. Admission is free. The Park City Farmers Market, which has been running for 21 years under Volker Ritzinger, features fresh, non-GMO produce, local meats and other local offerings. Chabad Park City: An Evening of Music and Solidarity

Chabad Park City will host an evening of music and solidarity for Israel’s hostages at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 17, at the Pendry Hotel at Canyons Village. The event, which is non political, will feature live music by Shulem Lemmer and words by Einav Danino, mother of current hostage Ori Danino.
