In between looking glamorous at award functions and working hard on set, Manushi Chillar knows how to maintain her fitness regime. Looking fabulously fit is a part of the job and she leaves no stone unturned to achieve her fitness goals. The former Miss World incorporates various exercises into her workout schedule and one of them is pilates. Like several Bollywood actresses, Manushi has become ‘a Pilates Girl’ and her recent video serves us the proof. Have a look!
On Monday, Manushi took to her Instagram and shared a video in which she pulled off full-body and stretching variations on a reformer. Some of her physically demanding activities included leg extensions, incline push-ups, hamstring stretches and shoulder workouts. Throughout the training, the actress showcased her flexibility and strength, motivating us to hit the gym right away.
Manushi wore a purple crop top teamed with black gym tights. She tied her hair in a knotted ponytail and kept a no-makeup look for the session. While sharing the video on gram, the actress captioned it, “A Pilates Girl.” Along with exercise, Manushi also keep a track on what she eat. According to reports, her everyday meals are divided into six small meals which helps to keep her satiated and also prevent cravings.
