Reports suggest that Kangana Ranaut may be putting her Mumbai home up for sale. Her property, located in Bandra’s Pali Hill area, also serves as the office for her production company, Manikarnika Films. While Kangana has been spending more time in New Delhi and Himachal Pradesh due to her political career, rumors are circulating that she is selling her Bandra bungalow for ₹40 crore.However, an ETimes source hinted to us that there is no such development, and it is best to wait for the actress to make a formal announcement on the same soon.

The speculation began after a YouTube channel called Code Estate released a video about a production house office for sale. Although the video did not explicitly name the production house or its owner, the visuals suggested it might be Kangana’s office. Social media users also speculated in the comments that the property in question is Kangana’s home.

The video description notes that the bungalow includes the land it sits on, with a plot size of 285 square meters and a construction area of 3,042 square feet. It also features an additional 500 square feet of parking space. The two-story building is listed at ₹40 crore.
Recently, Kangana voiced strong criticism regarding the recent boxing match between Italy’s Angela Carini and Algeria’s Imane Khelif. Ranaut labeled the match unfair, focusing on Khelif’s controversial victory. Khelif, disqualified from the 2023 World Championship due to an unspecified gender eligibility test, has sparked significant debate with her participation in the Paris Games.

On Instagram, Ranaut shared an image of Carini in tears after the match, which resulted in a broken nose. She criticized the situation, saying, “This girl had to fight a 7-foot-tall man who looks and behaves like a male, and was beaten in the ring as if in a domestic abuse scenario. Yet, he identifies as female, so he won the women’s boxing match. Woke culture is unfair and unjust. Speak up before it affects your loved ones. #SaveWomenSports.”
In another Instagram story, Ranaut commented on what she sees as a contradiction in modern gender dynamics. “So basically, to be able to have a woke relationship (homosexual relationship), one partner must play the female role and the other must play the male role. They love to play stereotypical male and female archetypes but simultaneously encourage regular women to be effeminate in the name of feminism. Hmmm…strange! Honestly, I love homosexuals; some of my closest friends are homosexuals, and they are extremely talented and exceptionally brilliant. That’s why I think they don’t have to imitate anyone for acceptance.”
She concluded, “They don’t need to play cheap, atrocious, inauthentic copies of men or women. They are super brilliant; they should come out exactly the way God made them. There should not be any need to be in denial of your natural self. They must accept themselves and focus on shining in every field, and not be overtly frivolous or sexual. They must bring dignity and value to their community. They deserve better, and we must make a safe world for them where they can be their natural, authentic selves and get equal opportunities.”
