Royal Enfield has recently unveiled the updated iteration of its popular model, the Classic 350. The bookings, test rides and the variant-wise price announcement is slated for September 1. Currently, the Classic 350 is the best-selling model in the company’s wide portfolio and the updated version is aimed at enhancing its appeal further by introducing a host of upgrades over the outgoing model.Here, let’s take a look at the changes.

To start with, the model has been updated with modern features, including an LED headlight, LED tail light, LED pilot lights, and LED turn indicators, although the latter will be exclusive to the top-end variant. Besides that, the overall design and silhouette of the popular model remains unchanged.

Next up, the manufacturer has also equipped the motorcycle with a USB charger and a gear-position indicator as a standard fitment. Besides that, the higher-spec variants will also get a tripper pod and adjustable levers.

Lastly, the company has injected the Classic 350 range with a host of fresh colour options as part of this upgrade. The 2024 Classic 350 is offered in seven colours across five variants: Heritage, Heritage Premium, Signals, Dark, and Emerald. The Heritage series features Madras Red and Jodhpur Blue with metallic flakes and gold pinstripes, while the Heritage Premium variant boasts a dual-tone Medallion Bronze finish. The Signals series gets Commando Sand with camouflage and blue accents. The Dark variants include Gun Grey with copper highlights and Stealth Black in an all-black look.

Besides the above-mentioned changes, the motorcycle retains more or less everything from the outgoing model. That said, the updated Classic 350 retains the J-series 350cc engine, producing 20 hp and 27 Nm of torque, paired with a five-speed gearbox. The motorcycle features 41 mm telescopic forks at the front and a preload-adjustable twin shock absorber at the rear for suspension. Braking is handled by disc brakes on both wheels, with dual-channel ABS available on higher-end variants.
