Airline responds to Aditi Rao Hydari’s ‘airport circus’ post after she got stranded at Mumbai airport on the tarmac |

In Mumbai, actor Aditi Rao Hydari recounted her early morning airport experience, revealing a situation where there was neither a ladder nor an airbridge upon landing. She took to Instagram to share her ordeal, describing being stranded on the tarmac. The airline later clarified, stating that the delay amounted to ’12 minutes.’

Now, the airlines has responded to her post admitting that the deboarding of the flight operating from Hyderabad to Mumbai faced a delay of 12 minutes due to an obstruction in aligning the step ladder with our aircraft.

They also added that the relevant authorities were immediately informed and corrective measures were taken. The airlines also stated that they regret the inconvenience caused to their customers due to the same.
