Always impressing followers with her workout videos, the diva is back with yet another clip.
In her latest Instagram entry, Alaya F can be seen performing a headstand but with a challenge. Unlike the rest, she tried to add balance by doing it with one hand, along with splitting her legs. Her workout OOTD includes a black full-sleeved top and blue yoga pants. She opted for no makeup and a tied-up hairdo to just concentrate on her session. In the caption, Alaya F tagged her fitness coach Sunpreet Singh and wrote, “Becoming a little more spider-woman every day (with a laughing and spider emoticon).”
