Many youngsters have emerged who could prosper in the near future and be an asset to the nation. The impact rule has greatly reduced the scope of all-rounders as franchise’s preferred specialists as they have the cushion of an extra batter or bowler. Nitish Kumar Reddy has been a talent who can bowl as well as bat decently. The pool of young players has been so good that eleven can be made out of it.

Openers
Sai Sudarshan
The opener from the Gujarat Titans has been in phenomenal form this season, scoring 527 runs with an average of 47.91. His highlight has been a 53-ball hundred against CSK.
Abhishek Sharma
The SRH batter has been hitting the bowlers for fun. He has a phenomenal strike rate of 205.64 this season. He has been very consistent in making an impact with fewer balls. Recently, against LSG, he hit 75 runs in just 28 balls, which included six sixes and eight fours.
Middle Order
Angrish Raghuvanshi
The 19-year-old KKR batter has also played a few crucial innings for the franchise, giving it solidity in the middle. Due to impressive performances from Sunil Narine and Phil Salt, he has not had much of an opportunity, but whenever the chance came, he delivered.
Riyan Parag
Another consistent performer who has played a crucial role for the Rajasthan Royals in the middle. He has scored 483 runs in 11 innings at an average of 60.38. While Buttler and Jaiswal have failed to perform collectively, Riyan Parag has taken the responsibility to add runs in the middle.
Shashank Singh
The 31-year-old had made a mark in the white-ball cricket scoring runs in the Vijay Hazare and Syed Mushtaq Ali trophy. For PBKS, he has scored at crucial moments in the middle.
Ashutosh Sharma
The Madhya Pradesh batter has also played crucial knocks for the Kings at a good strike rate. He has evolved as a finisher, adding valuable runs in the death overs. He is scoring runs at a strike rate of 171.72 in IPL 2024.
Nishant Reddy
The only Indian fast bowling all-rounder who has shown promise. Playing for SRH, he has not had much of an opportunity due to the likes of Travis Head, Abhishek Sharma, and Henrich Klassen’s phenomenal form. He still has managed to score 239 runs in 7 innings at a strike rate of 152.23.
Lower Order
R. Sai Kishore
He has not had much of an opportunity but has delivered whenever GT has called him in. He has been highly rated by GT management and has been praised by Dinesh Karthik. He had picked up a 4-wicket haul in a game against the PBKS
Harpreet Brar
The off-spinner has been a starter for PBKS. He has not had a great season in terms of wickets, but Syed Mushtaq Ali has good performances under his belt.
Mayank Yadav
The 21-year-old has attracted many eyeballs with his speed of 150 kmph consistently. He has been prone to injuries, but whenever he played, it had an impact. He picked up seven wickets in six innings at a cheap economy rate close to 7.
Harshit Rana
The 22-year-old fast bowler for KKR has fared well. His ability to crank 140 kmph with accuracy has impressed many. He has picked up 16 wickets in nine innings. He has been reprimanded by the IPL due to his attitude a couple of times, but in terms of performance, he has been a class apart.
