Guests will be flown in chartered flights
All guests are slated to journey to Jamnagar via chartered flights from either Mumbai or Delhi. Multiple flights are scheduled to depart between 8 am and 1 pm from each city on March 1. “To accommodate everyone’s luggage, we kindly request packing consciously, limiting to one hand luggage and one hold luggage per person, or three suitcases per couple,” advises the guide, emphasizing, “Excess luggage may not be guaranteed to arrive on the same flight but every effort will be made to expedite its delivery.”
Thematic soirees
Each evening is themed, commencing with Day 1’s “An Evening in Everland,” with the dress code set as “elegant cocktail attire.”
Day 2 boasts dual events. First, “A Walk on the Wildside,” held outdoors at the Ambani’s animal sanctuary in Jamnagar, channels a “jungle fever” ambiance. Comfortable footwear and attire are recommended. Subsequently, guests transition to “Mela Rouge,” translating to a “dazzling desi romance,” with opulent South Asian ensembles suggested for this festive affair.
The penultimate day features “Tusker Trails,” advocating “casual chic” attire for an exploration of Jamnagar’s verdant environs. The grand finale, “Hashtakshar,” a celebration of heritage Indianwear, demands an evening of refined elegance.

Guests will have access to an array of services, including laundry facilities offering express steaming, hairstyling, sari draping, and makeup assistance on-site.
