The seven days of the Valentine’s Week are namely: Rose Day, Propose Day, Chocolate Day, Teddy Day, Promise Day, Hug Day, Kiss Day, and Valentine’s Day, which starts from 7th February and go onto 14th February. This is the time when couples celebrate their togetherness, while lovers confess their love for each other. However, this week-long celebration of love could also be annoying for those who recently broke-up or are single. And so, the next seven days after the Valentine’s Day is popularly celebrated as Anti-Valentine’s Week.
All about Anti-Valentine’s Week
As the name suggests, Anti-Valentine’s Week is all about detoxing one’s system of all the love overdose. It has nothing to do with the feeling of love; instead it is for people who are single or out of love. The seven days after Valentine’s Day, called the Anti-Valentine’s Week, begins from Slap Day on February 15 and go on till February 21 which is Breakup Day.

1. Slap Day on February 15
The first day of Anti-Valentine’s Week is Slap Day which is on February 15. The day is for people who were cheated on by their ex or who were in toxic relationships and would feel like slapping their exes. However, one doesn’t have to actually slap them on this day. Instead, it can be celebrated by symbolically removing their negativity and reminders from your life, and moving on in life.
2. Kick Day on February 16
The second day of the Anti-Valentine’s Week is celebrated as Kick Day on February 16. And just like Slap Day, Kick Day is a symbolic day when people who recently broke up with their partners can kick them out of their lives for good, and move on.
3. Perfume Day on February 17
February 17 is celebrated as Perfume Day. On this day, singles and those who recently broke up treat themselves by buying a perfume. It is a day about self-love.

4. Flirt Day on February 18
The fourth day of Anti-Valentine’s Week, Flirt Day is marked on February 18. On this day, people who are single take a leap of faith and approach the person they have a crush on.
5. Confession Day on February 19
On February 19, Confession Day is celebrated as the fifth day of Anti-Valentine’s Week. On this day, singles confess their feelings of love to the one they like. It is also celebrated as a day when people who have hurt someone in the past, confess their mistakes and apologies.
6. Missing Day on February 20
The sixth day of the Anti-Valentine’s Week is celebrated as Missing Day on February 20. On this day, people express their feelings and tell someone that they miss having them in their life.
7. Breakup Day on February 21
