The Ather 450S employs a 2.9 kWh battery, providing an IDC range of 115 km. Propelled by a 5.4 kW motor, this electric scooter achieves 0-40 kmph in 3.9 seconds and gets a top speed of 90 kmph. Charging the battery from 0-80 percent at home takes approximately 6 hours and 36 minutes.

With the pro pack, customers can spec the 450S with several features such as ride assist, Ather battery protect, AtherStack updates, and Ather Connect (free for 3 years) for an additional Rs 10,000. The Hero-backed EV maker has been among the top-three electric two-wheeler manufacturers in the country, competing closely with the likes of Ola Electric, TVS, and Bajaj Chetak.
With its updated pricing, the Ather 450S now significantly undercuts its competitors, including the 2024 Bajaj Chetak Urbane priced at Rs 1.15 lakh, base TVS iQube priced at Rs 1.23 lakh, and Ola S1 Air which carries a sticker price of Rs 1.20 lakh. All prices are ex-showroom.
