Ayushmann Khurrana Interview: Dream Girl 2 SUCCESS, Shah Rukh Khan’s JAWAN Fever, RRKPK & More
The actor also had to do a lot of dance numbers wearing sarees and ghagras in the film.During our conversation we asked him if he understood the pain that women go through and he replied, “Unfortunately, it’s a man’s world. Men’s clothing is more comfortable than women’s clothing. I don’t know why. I used to shoot in Mathura at 45 degrees Celsius with makeup, hair and heavy lehengas. Men were dressed up in light sherwanis or maybe like a suit. But women have to wear cans and cans, their lehengas are like 15 kgs in weight. Even their footwear is very uncomfortable.”
He added, “I have always been a feminist and have always been surrounded by strong women. But it would be unfair to say that I really felt like a woman because I really believe that we they are a better gender. I’ve not experienced childbirth or period pain. So they are a stronger gender and our film has a very deep line which says
ladki banna mushkil hai lekin ladki hona aur bhi mushkil hai.”
Up next, Ayushmann has a film lined up with Amar Kaushik, his director of Bala. The film is titled Vampires of Vijay Nagar wherein he will be teaming up with his brother Aparshakti probably for the first time. It was also said that Samantha Ruth Prabhu was cast in the film, but at this point there is no surety if she is still part of the film or not as she has taken a break from films for a year as she wants to concentrate on her health.
