Triumph Speed 400: Features
The Triumph Speed 400 comes equipped with 43 mm Upside-down (USD) forks at the front and a mono-shock absorber at the rear for suspension. The motorcycle is equipped with dual-channel ABS and disc brakes at the front and rear for safety. In terms of features, the Triumph Speed 400 has an all-LED headlamp, a switchable traction control system, and an analogue instrument cluster with LCD.
Triumph Speed 400: Engine
The Triumph Speed 400 is powered by a 398.15 cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, 4-valve, DOHC TR-series engine, which produces a peak power of 39 hp @ 8,000 rpm and a maximum torque of 37.5 Nm @ 6,500 rpm. The engine is mated to a six-speed manual transmission and features a slip and assist clutch.

Triumph Speed 400: Price and rivals
Triumph Motorcycles launched the Speed 400 at an introductory price of Rs 2.23 lakh, which has now been increased to Rs 2.33 lakh (both prices, ex-showroom) in India. The Triumph Speed 400 competes with the KTM 390 Duke, Harley-Davidson X440, and the Bajaj Dominar 400 in the country.
