And now, Zoe Foster-Blake has gone viral again, after her latest collaboration project crashed the Four Pillars website.

The Four Pillars x Go-To Gin, $85, sold out within hours of launching in 2021 and 2022 – and now, according to Zoe, it’s back and “fancier than ever”.

“Don’t sleep on this: we all know it won’t last,” Zoe told Best Picks about the gin.

“And why would it! It’s made by – literally – the number one gin producer in the world. It’s delicious! Exciting! Refreshing! Iconic!”

When she launched the gin at 9am on Wednesday 22 November on the Four Pillars website, it was mere minutes before the entire website crashed.

Shoppers were quick to rush to get their hands on the delicious drink, which is packed full of Aussie native botanicals like quandong, lemon myrtle and yuzu.

Four Pillars Co-Founder and Head Distiller Cameron Mackenzie said in a statement: “It’s an unlikely duo, but we knew we were on to a good thing with Go-To when we sold out faster than Taylor Swift tickets (almost).

“This year, we’ve amped up quandong, freshness and a bit of peachiness to add in an extra layer of complexity.”

Zoe – who sold just over half of her stake in Go-To Skincare for $89million in 2021 – suggests you serve her Go-To Gin with tonic, ice and a slice of white peach or pear for the ultimate gin and tonic.

She also recommends you pair it with one of her famous sheet masks.

“This is a sensational drop, with far more interest and vim than your classic gin IMO,” Zoe posted on Instagram of the gin.
