So when I saw Amazon’s best-selling inflatable kayak – dubbed the Intex Challenger – I was intrigued whether it would be as good as SUP.
As the number one most sold inflatable kayak on Amazon it certainly did – and it’s currently 72 per cent off for the one-person version on the online store for Black Friday.

With 12,000 reviews recorded, I had plenty of reading to do to get a feel for the product, and I was very impressed by what I saw.

The version I have is two-person kayak so you can make a day of it on the water with your partner, sibling or a friend.
I would recommend buying life jackets separately though – they don’t come with the kit and are essential to being safe on the water.
