The BMW CE 04 first made its debut back in December in India and is expected to carry a price tag of Rs 10 lakh making it the most expensive scooter in the Indian market.The e-scooter gets an elongated, low design with a diagonally rising front end, a flat bench-type seat, with sharp bodywork and twin pod headlights at the front.

The electric BMW CE 04 is built on a steel double-loop frame with a single-bridge telescopic fork at the front and a single-sided swingarm with directly hinged suspension support at the rear. It gets 15-inch wheels on both ends and braking duties are taken care of by 265 mm discs. In terms of dimensions, the scooter measures 2285 mm in length, 855 mm in width, and 1150 mm in height. It has a seat height of 780 mm, it can also be raised by 20 mm with BMW’s optional comfort seat.
In terms of features, the CE 04 gets all LED lighting – headlight, indicators, taillights, fully digital 10.25-inch instrument display which displays built-in navigation and connectivity, performance data, EV-specific details, dual channel ABS and more. Customers can also opt for dynamic traction control and ABS pro.
Talking about the battery and the motor, the CE 04 is powered by a 9 kWh battery pack paired with a liquid cooled electric motor which puts out 41 bhp of power and 62 Nm of torque. It can sprint from 0-50 kph in 2.6 seconds and has top speed of 120 kph (claimed). The scooter has claimed range of 130 kms and it can be charged in 1 hour and 40 minutes using a fast charger.
