WOODSTOCK, N.Y. — Cheez-Its are coming to Woodstock at the first Cheez-In Diner opening to the public for one week only at the former home of the Dixon on Tinker Street.
The diner will begin “serving up Americana classics like burgers and milkshakes with an absurdly cheezy twist all inspired by the unique cracker-infused recipes fans have been craving for years” from 4 to 9 p.m. Monday, May 20, according to a press release.
In announcing the pop-up diner, the company said, “We know fans will go to absurd lengths to get their hands on their favorite snacks, so why not go to absurd lengths to give them the most over-the-top cheezy dine-in experience? As summer road trip season kicks off, the Cheez-In Diner gives obsessed fans a destination worth driving to and fulfills their wildest, cheeziest dreams with its on-of-a-kind menu you can only experience in the Catskills.”
Weekday hours will continue for one week only from 4 to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday; and 4 p.m. to 12 a.m. Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 261 Tinker St.
The pop-up diner will include a “retro exterior and fully decked-out interior” featuring a “Cheez-It Jukebox” that will take crackers, not coins.
The menu will include a Cheez-It milkshake, “extra Cheezburger,” “Big Grilled Cheez,” “Cheezy Chicky Tendies,” “Cheez-It Fries,” and more. The diner will also feature a “Retro Cheez-It convertible,” a “Cheez-It Taste-It Station” where customers can mix their own blend of crachers and “exclusive nostalgic merch from t-shirts to hats.”
