Eintracht Frankfurt vs Bayern Munich: Halftime, Bayern are getting COOKED

Halftime: No observations, Bayern Munich are getting cooked.

44’ — Goal. Joshua Kimmich scores from outside the box!

35’ — Goal. Larsson makes it 3-0.

31’ — Goal. Now it’s 2-0 to Eintracht. Wow.

11’ — Goal. Omar Marmoush makes it 1-0.

Kickoff: We are underway!

One hour until kickoff: We have lineups! Okay, Thomas Tuchel is obviously trolling the fanbase now. Why is Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting starting ahead of Jamal Musiala AND Thomas Müller? What is going on? What is this man cooking?

Here’s how Bayern Munich will line up against Eintracht Frankfurt …

After an excruciatingly long wait, Bayern Munich return to action just in time to prevent most of the fanbase from going into withdrawal. Squaring up is Eintracht Frankfurt, who are just coming off a defeat to a 3.Liga team in the Pokal a few days ago. How embarrassing.

Thomas Tuchel has a fully rested squad at his disposal, with the extra days off coming as a godsend to certain overworked members of the squad, most notably Leroy Sané and Kim Min-jae. It has also given Jamal Musiala time to regain fitness, so he could join the rest of his teammates in the starting XI. With fatigue and injuries a thing of the past, this could be a chance for the coach to show the progress his team has made in the last few months.

It’s Bayern time.
