In a recent interview with ScoopWhoop, Emraan addressed Tanushree’s comment regarding their chemistry in the 2005 romantic-thriller Aashiq Banaya Aapne. When asked about the film’s impact, Emraan mentioned Tanushree’s recent remark, which described their on-screen relationship as ‘brotherly.’ Emraan humorously questioned what the director had told each of them, noting that he was unaware of any narrative suggesting incest, and was puzzled by her perspective.

Hashmi and Dutta starred together in Aditya Dutt’s Aashiq Banaya Aapne, which featured a title track with an intimate scene between them.

In an interview with Filmygyan, Tanushree addressed being judged for on-screen intimacy and reflected on their chemistry. She remarked that while top actresses aren’t criticized for similar scenes, she faces difficulties regardless of what she wears or acts. Tanushree emphasized that their on-screen chemistry was purely professional, likening it to a ‘brother-sister’ dynamic.
