The heartbroken family of a young woman who was killed in a crash while on her way to a wedding in regional NSW have revealed she was pregnant.
Mother Shellymaine Ah Foon, 32, was on her way to a wedding in Mudgee with her partner and two young daughters, when their SUV crashed at Aarons Pass, about 2pm on Friday.
Foon was taken to Mudgee Hospital, where she died a short time later.

Her partner Troy was seriously injured and airlifted to Westmead Hospital. Her two daughters, aged two and six, were taken to the same hospital.
The crash came just hours after Foon made an incredible announcement, a family member, who wished to remain anonymous, said.
“We spoke to Shelly on the Thursday night, and she told us she was pregnant,” she told 7NEWS.com.au.
“She was meant to go for tests when she came back from Mudgee to see how far along she was.”
The family member described Foon as a “social butterfly”.
“She was very family oriented, was always there for anyone who needed anything, she was very selfless with her time,” she said.
“And she went to church every Sunday, without fail.
“She was a social butterfly, she could strike up a conversation with anyone.
“Her death has really impacted a whole community of people.”
The family are now waiting for the Coroner in Newcastle to prepare a death certificate before funeral arrangements can be made.
A GoFundMe page has since been organised to help cover funeral costs, as well as help Foon’s family, who are largely based overseas.
The family said they also hope to support Foon’s partner Troy, who underwent surgery on Sunday, where he had a metal rod put in his leg, as well as plates and screws put into his arm, from injuries sustained in the crash.
“Troy won’t be able to go to work while he recovers,” the woman said.
“He still has to undergo rehab, and he will be on crutches for some time.”
The two young girls have since been discharged from hospital and are in the care of family, while Troy recovers from surgery.
Police said investigations are still underway into the circumstances leading up to the crash.
The driver of the ute, aged 54, was taken to Mudgee Hospital with minor injuries and for mandatory testing.
