Talking about the design, the Honda Prelude concept looks different from its predecessors. The original Prelude featured a compact, two-door coupe-style design. The new Prelude concept takes design inspiration from the Honda Civic and also looks a little similar to the Toyota Crown.
At the front, it gets a pair of sleek LED smoked headlights connected with an LED light bar. The Honda logo sits on top of the bumper and the lower portion of the bumper is finished in black with a honeycomb pattern and it also has a small vertical thin blue line. It also features front splitters with aerodynamic design elements in the bumper.

At the sides, it features a tapered roofline, blacked-out small wing mirrors flush door handles and angular rocker panels. It also gets 20-inch multi-spoke gloss back alloy wheels with big brake callipers. Moving rear, it features an LED light bar, a black lip spoiler, and a gloss black bumper with reflectors.
Honda has not revealed any details regarding the powertrain or its platform. Honda Motor Co. president Toshihiro Mibe said in a statement. “This model will become the prelude for our future models which will inherit the ‘joy of driving’ into the full-fledged electrified future.” Based on this statement, we can say that this will be an electric car and we expect the production model to be revealed sometime in 2024.
