Princess Kate was seen rocking a cosy turtleneck jumper earlier this week – and there are plenty of designers who offer the same look for much less.
Kate and her three children were at a baby bank packing up gift bags for families in need.
The future Queen dressed comfortably, as she’d be doing hands-on work, wearing a pair of jeans and combat boots with the top.
It’s that time of year — sweater weather — so, it’s her top that got our attention. The chic pullover is from the British brand, Reiss, and costs £211 ($265). Kate is known to wear her outfits more than once, so we have a feeling she will put this sweater to use.
Daily Express did some digging and found similar looks at a much lower price.

The Reiss sweater is called Edina and is a wool-cashmere blend. While cashmere is very soft, it is also very expensive and it will up the cost. It’s pretty, but there are other options, like merino wool and cotton, that are just as nice and breathable.
Our first pick is Uniqlo, which matches Kate’s sweater in a number of ways, including the rollneck, the cream color and even the bell sleeves. What doesn’t match is the price, the Uniqlo sweater costs £31.98 ($39.99).
Banana Republic is known for its well-rounded selection of sweaters, and Kate has been seen wearing the brand in the past. We found a sweater that looks very similar to Kate’s and costs £39.98 ($50.00).
L.L. Bean specializes in outdoor clothes, like jackets, coats and boots, and a cozy turtleneck is right up their alley, perfect for cold weather months. L.L. Bean has a cream turtleneck sweater for £55.95 ($69.95).
If you think the Reiss sweater is overpriced, there are plenty of designers who have a similar look and costs even more, like La Ligne, which lists a cream turtleneck for £359 ($450).
So, with that said, Princess Kate’s sweater might be considered a bargain.
Kate’s three children were decked out in jeans and sweaters, too.
The mini royals were there to help and proceeded to go through the donations and pick out presents for the gift bags, with Prince Louis picking up a plastic gorilla, adorably commenting: “This is a big guy!”
