“@TheBarmyArmy let us know if any ducks need to be delivered to England🤫 #CWC23 #INDvsENG,” posted Zomato tagging England’s @TheBarmyArmy. Zomato also posted image of a cake that had “eat cakes not your words” written on it.

Swiggy
Food and grocery delivery app too kept its tradition of tongue in cheek posts. “order 6 delivered. 5 more to go 🥳🧿 #INDvsENG #WorldCup23,” read the post from Swiggy.
Google India
“Another stop completed before the final destination 😭💙 #INDvsENG,” posted Google India. The post accompanied an image of a match with venues of the previous two India matches — Pune and Dharamshala — as well as Lucknow.
Blinkit
“dear england team pls keep ordering, we can deliver even at the bottom of the points table. #INDvsENG” went the tongue in cheek post from the grocery app Bllinkit after India’s victory. “all geared up for #INDvENG 💪🏻,” went another post from them before the match. This one had a yellow billboard image that addressed England, and said Chai is not Tea, similarly cup is not yours
Uber India
“Bhaiya, gaadi mein tissue paper hai kya? Khushi ke aansu pochne hai😭💙 #INDvsENG #CWC23,” posted Uber India. “Kuch nahi, bas on our way to watch Lagaan 2✌ #INDvsENG #CWC23,” went the tweet ahead of the game.

Paytm posted India’s popular cricket anthem, “”indiaaa, indiaaaa 🇮🇳 #INDvsENG.”
