He credited his director, writer, and costume designer for playing a crucial role in helping him achieve this authenticity.
Jaideep shared his transformation journey on Instagram, posting before-and-after pictures that showcased his remarkable weight loss—from 109.7 kg to 83 kg. His once-heavy frame had given way to a toned upper body and arms.
‘Maharaj’, is reportedly based on true events from pre-independence India. The film highlights the courage of Karsandas Mulji (played by Junaid Khan), a social reformer who challenged the status quo in a landmark legal battle.
