The Jeep Meridian X gets few cosmetic tweaks and additional features.It’s based on the limited plus variant and Rs 50,000 costlier than the entry-level Limited (O) variant. The special edition gets additional features such as a dashcam, ambient lighting, carpet mats, sunshades, air purifier and optional rear-seat entertainment package.
The Meridian X features a grey roof, ORVMs 18-inch alloy wheels with grey accents. It also gets body coloured lowers and side steps, otherwise the SUV looks same as the regular variant. The Meridian X is offered in seven colour options, including, Silvery Moon, Techno Metallic Green, Magnesio Grey, Pearl White, Brilliant Black, Galaxy Blue, and Velvet Red.

Mechanically it remains same, the Meridian X is powered by Fiat-sourced 2.0-litre, 4-cylinder, multijet diesel engine which puts out 168bhp of power and 350Nm of peak torque. Engine comes paired with a 9-speed torque converter automatic gearbox.
