Sushant Singh Rajput had passed away in June 2020 and while it’s been four years to his death, it still remains a mystery. Sushant’s sister Shweta Singh Kirti has started a campaign and keeps asking for justice regarding his death. On his fourth death anniversary, she had appealed for justice by saying that they deserve a closure. Now ETimes has learnt that Karni Sena is planning a nationwide movement if the CBI does not file a report in Sushant’s death case.
The Karni Sena has planned a nationwide stir if CBI does not file a report in the Sushant Singh Rajput death case. The national president of Karni Sena, Shiv Singh Shekhawat, said, “We will raise Sushant singh rajput voice to know who killed him. It’s been four years the CBI says the enquiry is going on but no report has been filed. We are planning to do a nationwide stir. We will light lamps and gherao the mantralaya if the report is not filed and we don’t get to know who killed Sushant singh rajput.”
Meanwhile when contacted, Varun Singh, lawyer of Sushant, he said, “We really have no update. The only thing we know is CBI has yet to file a chargesheet in the case.”
Sushant singh rajput was found dead at his residence in Bandra on June 14, 2020,The case was initially investigated by the Bandra police but was later transferred to the CBI in August 2020.
Sushant and Rhea Chakraborty were going to start working on Rumy Jafri film in May 2020 but due to the lockdown the film did not take off. He passed away before that. His last film, ‘Dil Bechara’ was released after his death and was much appreciated
