Katrina Kaif heaps praise on Kartik Aaryan’s ‘Chandu Champion’ trailer |

Kartik Aaryan’s sports drama ‘Chandu Champion’ is set to hit the big screens on June 14, and the makers have launched the trailer ahead of it. The trailer gave a promising glimpse of Kartik bringing the dramatic story of Murlikant Petkar to life. Directed by Kabir Khan, the film is inspired by the true story of Murlikant Petkar, India’s first Paralympic gold medalist, who was born on November 1, 1944, in the Peth Islampur region of Sangli, Maharashtra.
The trailer has received appreciation from the audience as well as the industry.Actress Katrina Kaif too lauded the trailer and expressed that she could not wait to watch the film. She shared the trailer on her Instagram story and expressed, “Looking superb Kabir Khan, Can’t Wait.”

Kartik Aaryan too was quite emotional to launch the trailer. In a note shared on Instagram, he expressed his pride and joy of being a part of the film, and also stated that it is the toughest and most special film in his career. “With immense pride and joy, sharing the trailer of my career’s toughest and most special film that too from my hometown Gwalior where I dreamt of becoming an actor #Chandu Champion, the story of a man who refused to surrender.
