Hardeep Singh Brar, National Head – Sales and Marketing at Kia India, explained that the continuous rise in commodity prices, unfavorable exchange rates, and escalating input costs have necessitated a partial price adjustment.Despite this, the company is absorbing a considerable portion of the increase, ensuring that our customers can continue to enjoy their favorite Kia vehicles without a significant financial burden.
Since its debut in India, Kia has achieved remarkable sales figures, with nearly 1.16 million units sold in both the domestic and overseas markets combined. Among its standout models, the Seltos leads the pack with over 6,13,000 units sold, followed by the Sonet with over 3,95,000 units and the Carens with 1,59,000 units.
Last month, Kia India reported total sales of 20,200 units across its lineup. Among these, the Kia Sonet emerged as the top-selling model, with 9,102 units sold, followed by the Seltos with 6,265 units, and the Carens with 4,832 units.
