Despite being covered in camouflage, the headlamps are quite visible, revealing the new sharp-looking L-shaped LED DRLs.
The prototype also comes equipped with diamond-cut alloy wheels with a brand-new design, while we also get a sneak-peek at the new vertical tail light design, opposed to the horizontal-stacked units seen on the existing model.
Some design changes on the inside of the car could also be seen, including slightly restyled center console, new colour theme, and addition of a few new features. It should be noted that the Kia Sonet is already one of the more feature-rich cars in its segment, equipped with a 10.25-inch touchscreen system, a digital instrument cluster, an electric sunroof, connected tech and so on.

Powering the Kia Sonet facelift will likely be the same powertrains as the existing model, which include a 1.2-litre four-cylinder NA petrol motor making 82 hp power; a 1.0-litre three-cylinder turbocharged petrol motor generating 118 hp power and a 1.5-litre diesel engine that puts out 113 hp. Pricing for the Kia Sonet starts from Rs 7.79 lakh and goes all the way up to Rs 14.89 lakh (both prices, ex-showroom). The introduction of the facelift model would result in a slight price hike.
