As per early estimates by Sacnilk, Kill went on to mint Rs 65 lakh on Monday, a drop of near 60 %. In comparison, Kamal Haasan’s vigilante act of Indian 2 crashed steeply, as it earned only Rs 35 lakh in Hindi. The total collection of Kill post Monday, stands at Rs 15.55 crore, and it has all the chances of crossing Rs 20 crore mark before folding up its theatrical run.
A Hollywood remake of the film is in the works, with rights for it being bought by John Wick’s director Chad Stahelski’s company. The film released in United States of America with almost 1000 screens and had till now crossed the US $ 1 million mark.
Kill is a story of one night’s train journey about a NSG Captain Amrit Rathod, who takes on a group of goons headed by Raghav Juyal trying to loot passengers. One of the passengers is Amrit’s love interest Tullika played by Tanya Maniktala.
