The truth is that Rahul is still very much a part of LSG and there is nothing to suggest that the move to RCB may happen or is brewing behind the scenes.
Delhi: Following the bitter fallout between KL Rahul and LSG owner Sanjiv Goenka, multiple reports suggest that the former has been stripped of his captaincy and would be moving to RCB in the upcoming season. But how much of it is actually true? This piece of news is fake as it is purely the fans making such wild speculations, not based on facts, on social space. The truth is that Rahul is still very much a part of LSG and there is nothing to suggest that the move to RCB may happen or is brewing behind the scenes.

While it is still unsure whether Rahul will be directly joining the team on the match day (May 14), his absence on the travel day raised quite a few eyebrows. Rahul’s absence was visible when the right-handed batter was nowhere to be seen in a video put up by the franchise on their official Instagram profile
Meanwhile, the heated exchange has surely had an impact in the interiors of LSG. It is learnt that the players were advised to refrain from posting anything on social media. Even, the franchise themselves posted just once on May 12 since the incident on May 8. Notably, Goenka too restricted his comments section on Instagram following that incident, since he received all the backlash from social media.
It remains to be seen what exactly happens today in Delhi.
