Let’s talk about what’s special about the Venue Knight edition. The SUV gets blacked out Hyundai logo and front grille with brass-coloured inserts on the front, rear bumpers, front wheels and on roof rails. At the rear, it gets dark chrome Hyundai and Venue logo with a Knight edition emblem.
Other exterior highlights include black roof rails, black alloy wheels with red brake callipers and blacked-out skid plates. The SUV is available in four monotone and one dual-tone colour option which includes – Abyss Black, Atlas White, Titan Gray and Fiery Red.
Moving on to the interior, the SUV gets minor tweaks with additional features which include a black interior with brass coloured inserts, black seat upholstery with brass coloured highlights, a dash camera with dual camera, sporty metal pedals, ECM IRVM and 3D mats.
As mentioned previously the Venue Knight edition is offered with two petrol engine options, there’s no diesel engine option available. The 1.2-litre, 4-cylinder, NA Petrol gets three variants – S(O), SX and SX dual-tone and the price starts from Rs 9.99 lakh and goes up to 11.40 lakh (both prices Ex-showroom).
The 1.0-litre, 3-cylinder, turbo petrol is offered with four variants – SX(O), SX(O) MT dual tone, SX(O) DCT and SX(O) DCT dual tone. The price for this engine option starts from Rs. 12.65 lakh and goes up to 13.48 lakh (both prices Ex-showroom).
The launch of Hyundai Venue Knight edition comes shortly after the launch of Hyundai Creta and Alcazar Adventure editions. The price for the Creta and Alcazar Adventure editions at Rs 15.17 lakh and Rs 19.04 lakh (both prices Ex-showroom, India), respectively. The Creta Adventure edition is available only with a petrol engine, while on the Alcazar, it is available with both petrol and diesel engine options.
